RETURN/REFUND ONLY ACCEPTED FOR DAMAGED ITEMS!
Any full priced items may be exchanged (within our terms below).
ALL SIZING MEASUREMENTS ARE CAREFULLY LISTED FOR EACH PRODUCT, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE CONTINUING THROUGH CHECKOUT.
To obtain a return/exchange confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name (that the order was made out to) and your order # number.
Please follow the instructions on the return information included in your package and return your items within 10 days of receiving the package.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied.
The original packing slip/invoice MUST be included inside the parcel so the return can be identified. Items that do not have any website purchase proof will be denied.
Once we have received your package, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from LENNI (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit or exchange will not be issued for the following:
- Purchase of wrong size on any SALE item
- All items purchased on SALE
- All vintage items
- Any item that has been delivered for over 10 days
Please note: Any parcels that are not collected at the delivery point and therefore returned to sender, will not be re-sent or refunded. It is up to the customer to track shipments to ensure they are collected. Please email us if you do not receive your tracking info within 5 business days of purchase.
By placing an order at LENNI, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to LENNI. This also applies to any shipments that are refused or not collected by the customer at delivery point.
