DELIVERY RATES & SERVICES

The following are the delivery methods available with estimated arrival time:

Australia wide:

  • Fastway couriers or Aus Post Express, flat rate: AU$11 – 1-5 business days*

Overseas shipping:

  • Pack & Track Post International, flat rate: AU$28 – 5-14 business days*
  • Express Courier International (EMS), flat rate: AU$56 – 3-5 business days*

All orders are traceable. You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Mail can be found in ‘junk mail’, if not, please email info@lenni-shop.com with your order number if you did not receive this info within 5 days of purchase.

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that LENNI states the value of your order directly on your package. It is illegal for us to make a false sale statement on your parcel (please do not request). It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

*WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Generally it will take 1-2 days for Aus orders to be dispatched (but please allow up to 1-2 weeks for Australian orders to arrive and 1-4 weeks for International parcels to arrive). Expect some delays during sale periods. LENNI is a very small independent business but we aim to make the service as quick as possible and pride ourselves in a very quick service. Please keep this in consideration.

POLICY & TERMS

Please understand that when using Pack & Track Post International, once a package has been shipped, it is not our responsibility for missing or damaged packages. It is strongly advised that ‘Express Courier International’ is used for shipping, as any missing or damaged packages can be refunded when using this service.

Any parcels that are not collected at the delivery point and therefore returned to sender, will not be re-sent or refunded. It is up to the customer to track shipments to ensure they are collected. Please email us if you do not receive your tracking info within 5 business days of purchase.

By placing an order at LENNI, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to LENNI. This also applies to any shipments that are refused or not collected by the customer at delivery point.

Please note that Pack & Track Post International now has traceable capabilities. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number. Please email with your order number if you did not receive this info within 5 days of purchase.
